February 2012 - More groundbreaking news in Promontory Pointe! After only five months, more than half of the lots in Phase I sold, and the first homeowners moving into the community, we are pleased to announce the release of 47 new lots in Phase 2 of Promontory Pointe. The release of Phase 2 includes pre-selected lots from community builders -- Vantage Homes and Classic Homes.
The "official" Grand Opening and Phase II Release Celebration is March 2nd through the 4th! Stop by between 1pm-4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday for snacks and community tours, and be among the first to register to win an antique train set! Winner to be announced at the end of March.

The excitement is building in Promontory Pointe. Our community will soon be home to Classic's newest model home. The Paradise model home is under construction at 15530 Short Line Ct in Monument, CO.
